Sister of Dragon Eyes and second in command of the Green Dragons. She had been operating a highly profitable heroin smuggling business in the US until the Zen Boys staged a revolt against her thugs. She seeks Dragon Eyes' aid in battling the Zen Boys and hopes to defeat them by cutting off their head - Master Zen. She believes Lotus may be the key to his defeat.
